Once you have left the landing page, you can always go back to the previous page by pressing on the upper left logo of the app. once you reach the first page, the logo will point you to the home page.

• 2. The menu will be opened.
• 3. Press on the person icon representing a male and female characters.
• 4. You will be redirected to the login form.
• 5. if you already logged in or selected the remember me option, you will be redirected to your profile.

• if you are using the desktop app:
• 1. Press on the person icon representing male and female characters on the top right side of the webpage..
• 2. You will be redirected to the login form.
• 3. if you already logged in or selected the remember me option, you will be redirected to your profile.

Follow the previous steps, you will find the logout option at the end of the menu.

Whenever you could see the name of the shop in a text form, click on the text and you will be directed to the profile of the shop. But if you click on the logo of the shop on the category page or the search page, you will see the list of products of this shop directly.

You can place an order by visiting the category page or search for the product which you want. there are two methods of listing the products. grid view and list view . Click on the cart icon to select the options and the quantity. then click on add to basket.

Due to the nature of the fresh products which are listed in this application. You cannot cancel your order once it is in the delivery process. However as you know, we have a spare time before the delivery process is started. If you decide to cancel your order after placing it, contact us directly by calling us or WhatsApp or Telegram from the contact us page.

If you have a photo for your requested product from one of our local stores. either from your previously used local purchase or downloaded from the internet. You can select VadiSepeti Store from the homepage. from the listed items, select special request product and upload your photo then add it to the basket and finish your purchase order. you will be charged 1₺ for this product. once we found this product, we will update the price of this product in your order and send a confirmation to do the payment again after deducting the 1₺. However, if we didn't find this product available in the store. we will refund 1₺ back to you .
